A Long Obedience in the Same Direction
"Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus."
Hebrews 12:1-2
Most of the Christian life is not crisis or breakthrough. It is the quiet decision, made again and again, to keep walking in the same direction.
There is no shortcut for trust. It is built one ordinary morning at a time — prayer when nothing is happening, scripture read when nothing is shining, faithfulness when no one is watching.
The mountains move, in the end. But the moving is mostly hidden, and mostly slow.
